Role & Responsibilities

• Checking new customer’s credit records

• Ensuring customers pay on time and charge them for overdue invoices
• Commence legal proceedings when necessary
• Maintaining accurate payment records of activities and customer contact.
• Relationship building with clients and debtors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude in building relationships
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Excellent numeric skills.
• Good knowledge of excel
• Qualified accounting technician preferred
