Requirements for the role is as follows
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar
- Eager to learn, ambitious and you like to use your own initiative
- A solid team-player and like to work closely with other colleagues
- Deal with large volumes of customer calls
- Ensure all customer emails/queries are replied to in a timely and professional manor
- Keen to learn about The brand and how things are done
- Very good spoken and written English language skills
- Friendly and work well under pressure
- Good communication skills and great time-keeping
