This is a full time Permanent position
Role –
- Dispatching drivers
- Track deliveries and ensure deliveries are running on-time
- Communicating with customers regarding delivery times
- Ensuring all customer delivery paperwork is dispatched correctly
- Work with all teams to always ensure the best customer service
- General Administration
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements –
- At least 1 year as Transport Planner with an established transport/logistics provider with a proven ability to solve logistical issues to the customers satisfaction.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Be able to work in a pressurised team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Can work solely and on their own initiative
Shift Time is ( 9 pm to 6 am)
