Duties will include:
- Responsible to ensure customer orders are processed accurately within a fast and easy service
- Managing order picking for collection and coordinating paperwork for same
- Responding to customer enquiries and queries efficiently
- Assist with in-store Trade events
- Supporting the Manager of centre
- Delivering a defined service to Key Customers and have huge interaction Customer Skills
- Work with the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintaining the store: Meet Health & Safety standards/Policies and Procedures
- Ordering items and ensuring proper display and stock control
- Cash reconciliation
- Deal with trade counter & phone enquiries
- Co-ordinate with the purchasing, warehouse and transport teams to ensure complete order processing
- Maintain orderly records of all despatch, pod’s and picking dockets
- Work closely with colleagues on the internal sales desks across all product portfolios
- Maintain orderly workspace
- Resolving queries with customers directly or via the sales team and come to a successful conclusion
- Completion of other sales and administrative tasks relating to the sale and distribution of products to the customer base
- Handle returns or complaints
- Listen to customer’s questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
- Dealing with Kitchens , Floor Decks and Doors
- Other duties will be required
