Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Tele Marketing Executive for a large company based in D 15

This is a Full Time Permanent position and a great opportunity to join a large team


Our client is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Tele-Marketing Executive to join a very busy team

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Creating online digital marketing campaigns to promote business among existing customers and to identify new business prospects and convert them to customers.

Key Responsibilities: –

  • Research and identify potential new customers and market opportunities.
  • Maintain a prospect database and sales pipeline
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and provide information on our Office Solutions
  • Record sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and promotions
  • Work to KPI’s and exceed monthly sales targets

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to encourage repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Administration:

  • Create promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Inform management on market trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with Sales to grow and service existing accounts
  • Generating leads and book appointments for our business development representatives in the field

The ideal candidate will have:

  •  Experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Creating brand campaigns and implementing marketing activities
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred
  • Experience in the Office Products industry would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills including a great telephone manner
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Persuasive and confident with strong closing abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections / rejections professionally and positively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

  •  A third level qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1-year relevant experience is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media – (TikTok, Instagram, FB, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Must be a commutable driving distance it is a site based position
