Team Leader –operations Department (Carlow) | Full‑Time Permanent
Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Team Leader within the Operations Department for a large, well‑established company based in Carlow.
This is a full‑time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, offering excellent stability, strong career progression, and the opportunity to join a respected employer in the food & meat sector.
⭐ The Role
This is a hands‑on Team Leader position, working closely with Supervisors and leading a small team on the factory floor. The role involves all aspects of:
- Slaughtering
- Processing
- Deboning beef and lamb
- General factory operations
- Supporting daily production targets
- Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at all times
This is a physical, fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys active work and takes pride in high‑quality output.
⭐ What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a meat, food production, or factory environment
- Strong understanding of beef and/or lamb processing
- Ability to work in a physical, manual role
- Experience leading or guiding others (formal or informal)
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team
