Senior Office Administrator

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Office Administrator for a large company based in D 15

This is a Permanent Full Time position working within the office and a great opportunity to join an expanding team

Full time permanent on-site role

For this position you need to have excellent organisational skills, be able manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with customers and colleagues in a busy environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Organise the daily tasks for the Admin Team
  • Sales order processing and follow up.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and sales team
  • Provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate staff members.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and sales support
  • Purchase order processing
  • Web shop sales
  • To undertake additional tasks when required, demonstrating a can-do approach.
  • On site – Monday to Friday. 8:30am to 4.30pm/ 9:00am to 5:00pm (on rotation, calendar done at the start of each month)

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a senior administrator- min 3 years
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • A positive Can-Do attitude.
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Hands on experience with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
