This is a Permanent Full Time position working within the office and a great opportunity to join an expanding team
Full time permanent on-site role
For this position you need to have excellent organisational skills, be able manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with customers and colleagues in a busy environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Organise the daily tasks for the Admin Team
- Sales order processing and follow up.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and sales team
- Provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate staff members.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and sales support
- Purchase order processing
- Web shop sales
- To undertake additional tasks when required, demonstrating a can-do approach.
- On site – Monday to Friday. 8:30am to 4.30pm/ 9:00am to 5:00pm (on rotation, calendar done at the start of each month)
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a senior administrator- min 3 years
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- A positive Can-Do attitude.
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
