This is a Full time permanent position and a great opportunity along with a Senior role .
Role requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years sales management experience in a target driven environment – Motor Industry is essential.
- Oversees sales by ensuring prospecting and follow up activities are conducted by the Sales Team
- An ability to assess dealership sales performance, you will be responsible for enhancing the sales processes, increasing revenues, and driving the sharing of best practices across the sales department.
- Strategically set’s objectives and reviews sales and performance reviews whilst identifying future trends
- Formulates and communicates sales targets to each executive
- You will need to be an influential, analytical, and motivational leader who coaches the sales team to achieve and exceed financial goals and shares our ambition for further success.
- Plans and implements marketing strategies with the marketing department
- Assist HR with employment relations, recruitment & selection and people agenda queries
- Conducts regular meetings and updates on any changes with team
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrate commitment to learn and grow, by completing professional development courses
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland
- Ensure adequate resourcing of sales department is adequately staffed to achieve departmental objectives

- Build strong interdepartmental relationships, and pay close attention to the requirements of those departments

Great package
Base Salary: Up to €75,000
Bonus Structure:
€25,000 on-target bonus
Additional €5,000 for exceeding 110% performance
Total OTE: €105,000
