Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Administration Manager for a large company based in D 22
As a Senior Administration Manager you will have full autonomy of the Administration and delegation across the Team and will work alongside the Service Manager to provide a strict and flowing administration section within the company
You will work alongside Technicians, Mechanics, Customers and Transport staff and will bring a lot of expertise to your role while being a huge addition to the company to Manage the Team with the Service Manager
In this role you will report to the Service Manager and your role will include responsibility for the following activities:
Management Skills
Providing excellent customer service end to end from booking to return of vehicle
Scheduling customer vehicle services, collection times, determining workshop availability and optimising the loading of the workshop
Maintaining progress reports each of your customer vehicles, advising customers on work required and agreeing recommended repairs and cost
Maintaining strong relationships with customers and workshop colleagues
Vehicle handover on completion on time, explain the work done and processing the invoice
Deal with and escalate as necessary any customer issues
Invoicing and Administration, maintaining accurate customer records on the Dealer management Systems
Drive strong customer satisfaction scores
Work with the team to improve customer experience and revenue opportunities
Ensure all service processes consistently meet ISO standards
What you need:
3+ years’ experience working in a busy Vehicle Service Department
A self-starter with great enthusiasm for customer service in an automotive environment
Good Management skills not afraid to implement techniques within the company
Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
Be highly flexible and organised with very good administrative skills
Excellent IT systems skills
Good to have
Experience with Dealer Management Systems – Kerridge CDK
Understanding of Service Department KPI’s and how to deliver improvements
