This is a full‑time permanent position suited to someone who is hungry, target‑driven, and confident in developing new business within the logistics sector Freight Forwarding
Location: Dublin Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm, full‑time Hybrid: Available after successful probation Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics Experience: Previous freight forwarding sales experience required
You will be responsible for generating new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting the company’s full suite of freight services across air, sea, and road.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business opportunities within the Irish freight forwarding market
- Manage and expand existing client relationships
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and sales meetings
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tailored logistics solutions
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings
Requirements
- Previous experience in freight forwarding sales is essential
- Strong understanding of air, sea, and road freight services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driver’s licence (advantage)
