This is a full time Permanent position within the office and a great opportunity to join a fantastic team
Candidate must have Customer Service experience, email and telephone
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers on the phone and on email, regarding orders and quotations.
- Create contracts based on the customers’ requirements.
- Manage payment processes to reduce outstanding cash reports.
- Work closely with the branch Manager on all sales activities.
- Actively offer ‘linked products’ in order to increase up selling where possible.
- Communicate with B2B/commercial account customers and build a lasting rapport.
- Complete outgoing ‘daily calls’ in order to keep in contact with customer base.
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer services to existing and new customers.
- Effectively interact with other departments including logistics, accounts and the workshop to ensure the customers’ needs are fulfilled.
- Continuously developing product knowledge of our fleet whilst keeping up-to-date with changes and advancements.
- Input data accurately on the in-house (Syrinx) system.
Key Attributes:
- Customer Service experience essential.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Work on own initiative.
- Effectively manage high volume of phone calls.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
- Experience in outbound selling an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible and reliable.
- Highly IT proficient.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience of Plant and Machinery is a distinct advantage.
