Sales Administrator

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a large company based in D 18

This is a full-time permanent position and a great opportunity to work with a really good company.

As a Sales Administrator you will report to the Principal Manager

Duties:

  • You will work across a range of brands in the company
  • You will be liaising with Sales Managers on a daily basis 
  • The main administrative tasks in the role include but are not limited to:
  • Processing purchase invoices from Importers using Kerridge system
  • Processing order forms for new and used vehicles
  • Processing sublet invoices 
  • Reserving Vehicles when sold 
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicles transactions and customer details
  • Liaising with sales and after-sales team regarding repairs needed on vehicles
  • Setting up vehicles with warranty 
  • Liaising with importers in relation to payments on vehicles
  • Training and mentoring will be provided in the industry specific IT systems and processes

Skills and experience:

  • 2+ years’ administration experience in a busy customer focussed environment 
  • Motor Trade Experience
  • ADP / Kerridge Experience a distinct advantage.
  • High level of computer literacy, MS Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of enthusiasm, drive and energy to interface with teams, managers and other departments building relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience of ROS Revenue Systems an advantage
