Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for a large company based in D 18
This is a full-time permanent position and a great opportunity to work with a really good company.
As a Sales Administrator you will report to the Principal Manager
Duties:
- You will work across a range of brands in the company
- You will be liaising with Sales Managers on a daily basis
- The main administrative tasks in the role include but are not limited to:
- Processing purchase invoices from Importers using Kerridge system
- Processing order forms for new and used vehicles
- Processing sublet invoices
- Reserving Vehicles when sold
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicles transactions and customer details
- Liaising with sales and after-sales team regarding repairs needed on vehicles
- Setting up vehicles with warranty
- Liaising with importers in relation to payments on vehicles
- Training and mentoring will be provided in the industry specific IT systems and processes
Skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ administration experience in a busy customer focussed environment
- Motor Trade Experience
- ADP / Kerridge Experience a distinct advantage.
- High level of computer literacy, MS Excel, Outlook, Word
- Strong communication skills with a high level of enthusiasm, drive and energy to interface with teams, managers and other departments building relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of ROS Revenue Systems an advantage
