Receptionist/ Office Administrator

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join a large company based in Dublin 09

This is a full time permanent position and a great opportunity to gain a long term career

Hours for this role is 10 am – 4 pm Monday to Friday in the office 

The candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team on a daily basis

Ideal candidate will have experience working within an Accounting and Auditing practice preferable however not mandatory   

Role of Receptionist/Office Administrator

Permanent role Mon-Fri (10am – 4pm). 

  • Handling of telephone calls
  • Client care – communications over the phone and via email
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner
  • Providing secretarial support to include dictaphone typing and file management
  • Document mark-ups 
  • Filing and office administration
  • Electronically filing emails and documents

Skills required

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT skillsets to include experience using Microsoft Office Systems (MS Word/Outlook/Excel with excellent typing skills)
  • Excellent administration skills and an ability to prioritise work
  • A professional manner and excellent communications
  • Ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels
  • Excellent professional etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Fluent in written and spoken English 
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment
