Quality Control Officer

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Officer for a large company based in D 15

This is a permanent role and the chance to join a fantastic team and large company and have fantastic career progression opportunities.

Hours are : Shift 08.00 am -5 pm Monday to Friday

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Preparing and delivering reporting on quality, compliance, and governance related activity
  • Quality reporting – assisting teams in managing their metrics, and providing reports for Management
  • Reviewing and maintaining quality controls and documentation
  • Producing a Quality & Compliance Action plan
  • Manage Customer and store complaints/ claims
  • Report and action any non-conformances.
  • Preparation and support for upcoming Audits- BRC

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a control function, such as Quality, Compliance or Audit;
  • Ability to work in a busy environment meeting time / budget deadlines
  • The ability to problem-solve and also implement (or assist in the implementation of) the solution.
  • The ability to multi task.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Team player with a Positive attitude.
  • Transport industry experience would be ideal ie worked previously within transport within Quality as a Quality Officer
