Impulse Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist Maternity HYBRID Cover for a large company based in D 18

This is a great opportunity to join a large global company

This is a six to twelve month maternity cover based in D 18 and HYBRID

This is a position that will suit an organised individual who works well to deadlines and has experience working in a high-volume environment

Key elements of the role:

Processing high volume payrolls
Validating and inputting all data received to agreed deadlines
Checking inputted data and making all relevant corrections
Ensuring all payrolls are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Handling routine and non-routine queries regarding payroll issues from staff and management
Working as part of a busy office environment and ability to meet strict deadlines
Adherence to Revenue legislation while processing payroll

Qualifications:

Skills and experiences:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
Corehr Payroll highly advantageous
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong numerical ability
Must be a team player
Experience of working in a busy office environment with tight deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage successfully with employees at all levels of the organisation
