Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Processor part time for a large company based in D 12
This will be a part time role where the candidate will work 2 days a week , 8 hours on site
The ideal candidate will have previous experience processing payroll and have good experience
Working Hours: Monday –9.00am – 1.00pm
Tuesday – 9.00am – 1.00pm
This role will include:
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Administer pension contributions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Handle Benefits in Kind (BIK) and ensure proper reporting. Maintain and update payroll records.
- Liaise with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Stay up to date with payroll regulations and tax legislation.
Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance requirements.
- Experience handling expenses, pensions, and BIK.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
