Outbound Telesales Manager

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Outbound Telesales Specialist Manager for a large company based in D 15

This is a full time permanent position and a great opportunity to manage a decent size team

Salary: 40k-50k base salary depending on experience OTE 80k

Role

The experienced and dynamic Outbound Telesales Specialist Manager will lead a group of lead generation sales executives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the outbound telesales operations, including strategy development, team management, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of telesales specialists to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.

Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to increase sales and market share.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance against targets, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and care.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and sales metrics.

Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all telesales activities comply with legal and ethical standards. Implement best practices in telesales techniques and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in telesales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday  9am – 5.30 pm although candidate will need to be somewhat flexible with the company when and if required as per working as an Outbound Telesales Manager
