Office Manager -Part Time

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Manager with HR Administration experience Part Time for a large company based in D 09

This is a Part time role working 25 – 30 Hour per week

Candidates must have proven experience as an Office Manager, along with hands‑on HR responsibilities such as onboarding, employee support, policy administration, and coordinating day‑to‑day people operations.

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy transport operation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will play a key role in supporting finance, operations, HR, and management while acting as the go-to person for general organisation and admin across the business.

Key Responsibilities

HR Support

  • Manage employee files and ensure records are up to date
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and compliance documents
  • Track holidays, absences, and general HR admin

Finance Support

  • Assist with invoicing and ensuring jobs are ready for billing
  • Track payments and support with credit control
  • Liaise with accounts/management on financial admin tasks

Operations Support

  • Ensure all paperwork is completed, accurate, and up to date
  • Support the transport team with general admin tasks
  • Maintain organised and efficient systems

Management Support

  • Provide day-to-day admin support to management
  • Assist with reports, documentation, and general coordination

General “Fixer”

  • Handle day-to-day issues and problem-solving
  • Order supplies and manage office organisation
  • Book training, appointments, or other requirements as needed
  • Be the person who keeps things running smoothly

About You

  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • Proactive with a “get it done” attitude
  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Previous admin or office management experience preferred
