Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Office Manager for a large company based in D24
This is a full time Permanent role and a great opportunity to join a new and exciting team and company
Role will be working 5 days per week, 3 on their own and 2 with the team
Candidate must be able to work on own initiative and will be a big part of the Senior Team
The ideal candidate will have experience working within construction or SEAI or similar within an office
Job description/requirements
- positively liaise with employees, clients, homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.
- document management eg processing invoices, Health and Safety check sheets, grant applications etc.
- attending/taking notes at meetings.
- other general duties eg emailing, printing, posting, taking deliveries and scheduling appointments etc.
- Run reports and update database.
- Minimum of 3+ years significant and substantive experience.
- Capable and enthusiastic individual who relishes working on their own and as part of a team.
- Knowledge and competency in Microsoft.
- Must have a professional telephone manner, excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
