Office Administrator

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for a large company based in Dublin 06

The enthusiastic office administrator will have previous experience working within Property within the office join a well-established team and to contribute to the ongoing growth of the company.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills and great organizational abilities
  • Professional telephone manner – answering calls and diverting them to relevant person in office
  • Be able to multi Task and work alongside the team
  • Motivation and a hard work ethic
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
  • Interest in the real estate market
  • Good administration skills

The ideal candidate:

Candidate will have a track record in office administration, property experience would be a bonus but not required.
