Purpose:
The purpose of the Role is to develop and expand nationwide the company Industrial Cleaning Services customer portfolio nationwide. Provide Leadership and manage the Industrial Cleaning Services Team. Identify opportunities to improve through innovation the Industrial Cleaning Services offering, processes and overall customer service experience. As the Industrial Cleaning Service Manager be prepared to work on own initiative to achieve the goals of this appointment.
Description:
- The role involves the Leadership, and Management of the of the nationwide Industrial Cleaning Services Team.
- The Development and Growth of the Industrial Cleaning Services customer base and Service Offering, with the support of the Commercial Bid Team.
- Encourage innovative thinking and new ways of working which will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall offering of our Industrial Cleaning Services.
- Actively promote the selling of additional Industrial Cleaning Services, and other Services to customers.
- Provide cost specifications for customer works.
- Provide specifications for customer works.
- Manage industrial works ensuring all finished works are in accordance with the customer specification.
- Safe Work Environment, ensure all works are in accordance with instructions, Safety Standards, and documentation.
