Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mobile Janitor for a large company based in Dublin

The role would suit an experienced Janitor who has a passion for the cleaning industry
This role will report the DOC Manager and will provide support to a busy daily office cleaning team covering different sites and shifts depending on the weekly operational requirements and will work with teams performing tasks to the highest standards to high end clients
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Hours: Flexible 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday- with an emphasis on flexibility to suit the nature of our business (includes evenings).
- Rate: €14.63 per hour. (40 hours, up to 45h flat rate, over 46h overtime at 1.25 rate.
- Company Equipment: Company Vehicle. Company Mobile Phone
Duties:
- Carrying out the instructions of the Dublin Regional Manager, DOC Manager and providing cover to DOC sites as required.
- Assist with the delivery of products to site in emergency situations
- Complete assigned DOC work at clients sites to the highest of standards
- Supervise and work with the DOC Operations staff to ensure work is satisfactory
- Reporting client complaints , internal problems and supplier problems to the relevant Manager bringing their training requirements to the attention of the DOC Manager
- Ensuring the client sites are left secure
- Exercising due care and attention when handling client property
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of any information discovered while on a client site
- Complying with Health and Safety requirements both on client site and company premises
- Carrying out any corrective actions as a result of internal audits
The ideal candidate must have the following
- Excellent command of English written and spoken
- Communication and organisational skills
- Have a full clean driving licence
- Be a team player and have the ability to supervise a crew of operatives on site
- Have the ability to prioritise workload
- Be able to manage their own time and be a reliable operational support
- Industry experience and knowledge in the industry is demisable 2 years minimum desirable
