ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document all maintenance work, including upgrades, carried out on existing equipment, including preventative maintenance performed and parts used, to ensure appropriate documentation and records of repair history.
- Maintain control of spare parts for all equipment; order and maintain appropriate stock of spare parts; liaise directly with vendors on supply of parts.
- Ensure highest Quality & Compliance standards, participating and complying with the Quality Management System.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality requirements, financial controls, health and safety regulations.
- The above list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive and the role holder may be required to carry out other duties which may reasonably be assigned by management.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Ideally have previously held a similar role within a food production facility
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a team player and capable of working independently and on own initiative.
- Be well-organised, highly self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
