Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Linen Porter for a large company based in D 12
The Linen Porter to assist in the housekeeping of bedrooms and public areas.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role.
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests and patrons enjoy their experience with us through maintaining the highest possible levels of standards.
This is a Permanent position
The main responsibilities include:
-To promote a helpful and professional image to the guest, and give full co-operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitude.
-Supplying linen and guest supplies to all Accommodation Assistants
-To offer the highest level of guest service in Accommodation and public areas ensuring the agreed standards are always achieved.
-Carrying out regular stocktake of linen and guest supplies
-Be flexible in other departments of accommodation when required.
-To liaise closely with Accommodation Manager & Supervisor daily so as to ensure that there is effective communication between your department
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- High standards of service and attention to detail.
- Strong Team Player
- Experience in working in an English-speaking environment
- Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
