Job description:
- Carry out all cleaning duties as per the cleaning schedule
- Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
- Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
- Reporting to the Head /Sous Chef
- Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
- Keep the food and supply storage areas organized
- Take out the garbage
- To carry out duties requested of you by the Head Chef/Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Good organisational skills and communication skills
- Flexibility in shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
