Main Duties & Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Digital Transformation

• Define project timelines, resource plans, milestones, and manage progress to ensure
delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate across departments to map and improve business processes within the ERP

• Lead procurement and license management for hardware, software, and telecoms
assets.
Infrastructure & Systems Oversight
• Ensure reliability and performance of core infrastructure — including network, cloud
platforms, file storage, and mobile access.
• Oversee integration between the ERP and other business-critical systems
• Support mobile workforce enablement through secure and efficient connectivity.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
• Own and maintain IT security policies and promote cyber awareness throughout the
business.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO (if applicable), and client-specific data-handling
requirements.
• Oversee backup strategies, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery
capabilities.
