This is a varied role combining customer service, sales administration, stock coordination, and warehouse organisation. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the sales team, managing customer orders, coordinating supplier activity, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Sales & Administration
- Support the external sales team with quotations, reports, and sales documentation.
- Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately.
- Manage customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Liaise with customers regarding product availability, pricing, lead times, and order updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain product information and pricing.
- Process purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records using company systems.
- Assist with customer queries, delivery issues, and after-sales support.
- Support sales reporting and general administrative activities.
Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of warehouse activities.
- Ensure goods receiving, dispatch, and related documentation are completed accurately.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock checks and inventory control.
- Ensure equipment checks are completed prior to dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Support improvements to warehouse processes and procedures. Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or stock management systems.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Desirable:
- Experience in material handling, engineering, industrial equipment, or warehouse environments.
- Forklift licence (or willingness to undertake training).
