HR Support Administrator

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Support Administrator based in D 18

This is a full time and permanent position and an immediate vacancy

This is also a Hybrid Office / Work from home role

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

While the job will primarily be tasked with a high level of administrative work, the successful candidate will also work closely with operational managers to assist them in understanding and delivering company policies and procedures. 

We are looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of employment law and has experience interacting with people.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that HR staff records are input correctly, and are maintained and protected
  • Ensuring that administrative work around staff transferring in and out (TUPE) is completed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Managing HR mailbox, responding in a timely manner to all HR queries
  • Provide general assistance to HR Department daily
  • Manage and maintain right to work documentation
  • Ensuring that medical certs are received and recorded
  • Reporting & Administration
  • Vetting of employees

 Requirements:

  • Proven ability of delivering to tight deadlines
  • Clear track record of working effectively in situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
  • Solid understanding of current employment legislation and compliance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to use strong judgment skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. Highly organized and structured in approach.
  • Ability to work on one’s initiative and in team environment
  • Cross-functional teamwork and collaboration skills are integral to the position
  • Driven to support a smooth running, effective and efficient HR service

Minimum Skills and Experience Required:

  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality
  • Capable of working on own initiative and unsupervised
  • A good knowledge of HR procedures and practices
  • A good knowledge of computer-based systems
  • Minimum 2 Years’ Experience working in a similar position
  • The ability to act appropriately when presented with a crisis
  • Experience/Knowledge of CoreHR would be a distinct advantage
  • Willingness to undertake new challenges.
  • Third Level Qualification in HR is not required but preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail
