Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for a large company based in Wexford
This is an exciting role and a great opportunity to work with a large company and to drive the whole Operation of HR Functions across the board
The ideal candidate will have managed quite a large operation , have many years’ experience working as a HR Manager and must be capable of working under pressure and dealing with all aspects of HR across the board
Duties:
Advise business on key changes within employment law, ensuring best practice exercised
Deliver and maintain essential, technical and employment law training to business units and line managers
Ensure documentation (eg contracts, handbooks etc, practices , polices and procedures deliver on company’s operational and legislative requirements
Control and development of recruitment, employ vetting, induction, training, performance development and management
Responsible for driver availability logs and customer and management reporting
Maintain employee records and implementation of the same
Management and delivery of hr projects
Lead on all WRC , Labour Court engagements together with appointed advisors
