This is a Full Time Permanent position and a great opportunity to join a fantastic team
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within HR within Hospitality or a busy office
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a reputation as a premier employer by managing and administrating various HR Functions, including recruitment, updating/reviewing contracts, onboarding, employee relations , work safety, supporting Heads of Department with staff training etc
- The position requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of current Employment Legislation is paramount to the role.
- Proven experience as a HR Coordinator or relevant administrative position is required.
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director on a weekly basis
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration an advantage
