Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a large company based in D 22

This is a 6 month FTC with a chance to gain a full time Permanent role

Job Title: HR Administrator (Romanian Speaking)
Location: Dublin (on-site)
Reporting to: HR Manager
Type: Full-time, 6 months

Overview
This role suits someone who’s organised, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy environment with a mix of office and operational staff. Romanian language skills matter because a good portion of our workforce comes from Romania, and clear communication makes a real difference in training, onboarding, and day-to-day support.
The person who settles into this job will have room to grow into HR coordination, training, or operations support as they gain experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Support and Communication

  1. Act as the first point of contact for Romanian-speaking employees
  2. Provide clear guidance on day-to-day HR queries
  3. Translate documents, briefings, toolbox talks, or policy updates when needed
  4. Support managers in resolving minor workplace issues quickly

Administration and HR Records

  • Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, permits, and compliance documentation
  • Update HR systems, rosters, and attendance records
  • Manage onboarding paperwork, inductions, and probation tracking
  • Prepare standard letters such as contract changes, warnings, or confirmations of employment

Recruitment and Onboarding Support

  1. Assist with shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
  2. Coordinate new-starter set-ups, inductions, and site tours
  3. Help ensure all right-to-work and permit documentation is up to date

Training and Compliance

  • Track mandatory training and organise refresher sessions
  • Support safety briefings and help ensure messages land effectively with Romanian speakers
  • Maintain registers for certifications, licences, and health and safety requirements

  • Communicates clearly, both in English and Romanian

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in HR administration or office administration
  • Strong English and Romanian (spoken and written)
  • Confident with MS Office and HR systems (or willing to learn quickly)
  • Understanding of Irish employment practices is ideal but not essential; training will be provided
