Hours are 08.00am -17.00pm
Responsibilities and Duties
- Data management and data transfer
- Assist with the onboarding of new starters
- Assist and support our training audit process.
- Electronic File management
- Maintaining HR files and updating HR records both digitally and hard copies
- Assist with recruitment cycle – Job Advertisement
- Maintain the tracking of annual leave
- General administration HR duties
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- The ability to multi task.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Team player with a Positive attitude.
Desirable
CIPD qualification or working towards one
