Full Time Receptionist / Accounts Administrator

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Full Time Receptionist / Accounts Administrator for a large company based in Cork

This is a Full Time Permanent position and a great opportunity to work with a fantastic company

The hours will be Monday – Friday 40 hour week

Duties:

  • Carry out general receptionist duties
  • Operate and manage company switchboard
  • Admin support to Credit Control & office team.
  • Manage & order stationary, and other office supplies
  • Full time onsite

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner is essential
  • High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible approach to all areas of the role
