Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Full Time Receptionist / Accounts Administrator for a large company based in Cork
This is a Full Time Permanent position and a great opportunity to work with a fantastic company
The hours will be Monday – Friday 40 hour week
Duties:
- Carry out general receptionist duties
- Operate and manage company switchboard
- Admin support to Credit Control & office team.
- Manage & order stationary, and other office supplies
- Full time onsite
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional telephone manner is essential
- High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible approach to all areas of the role
