Key skills and experience required:
Degree in Facilities management, Engineering Degree or holds 10 years plus
experience in HVAC industry essential.
Holding a trade cert would be a bonus
Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and
good digital and visual presentational skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong technical skills
Ability to create strong customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage key PPM contract customers
Manage in house trades.
Mange outsourced vendors for PPM’s & planned works.
Uses procurement systems to maintain accurate contract records inclusive of
contract spend, contractor performance, risk and outcomes.
Monitors and reports on contract performance against KPIs and requirements,
identifying and undertaking corrective action as required.
Validates invoices and reports from vendors
Prepares for and facilitates straightforward contract negotiations.
Provide maintenance support, data entry, equipment records updates, and
performance reports along with implementation of continuous improvement
across the FM function.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
