Location: D 22 Contract: 3‑month FTC, with potential to extend Start: Immediate Hours: Full‑time

Monday to Friday standard office hours

17 – 18 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an organised, reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will support day‑to‑day office operations, onboarding processes, and general administration across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and new starter setup
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare, update, and organise internal documents
  • Support with scheduling, coordination, and basic reporting
  • Handle incoming queries and direct them appropriately
  • Assist with compliance checks and internal processes
  • Any other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality at all times
