About the Role
We are seeking an organised, reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a 3‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will support day‑to‑day office operations, onboarding processes, and general administration across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new starter setup
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare, update, and organise internal documents
- Support with scheduling, coordination, and basic reporting
- Handle incoming queries and direct them appropriately
- Assist with compliance checks and internal processes
- Any other ad‑hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Discretion and confidentiality at all times
