EXTERNAL SALES REP – JOB SPECIFICATION

Purpose of Position

1. Reporting to the Branch Manager and Head of Business Development or Regional Sales Manager

2. Responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and

driving revenue by selling our products/services to clients in the field.

Main Areas of Responsibility

Sales Management

? Responsible for presenting, promoting and selling our products to existing and prospective

customers.

? Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

? This person will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining positive customer

relationships ensuring focus on the achievement of long-term customer loyalty

? Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective and

existing clients.

? Establishing customer leads through cold calling and ensuring follow up of any potential new

customers

? Achieving or exceeding agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.

? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.

? Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure customer

satisfaction.
