The Sales & Lettings Negotiator will have previous experience working in Property and have a passion for Real Estate Sales & Letting
The Residential Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established team and to contribute to the ongoing growth of the company.
Position includes:
· This exciting role offers a competitive base salary plus commission and a company phone. Ongoing training and support will be provided.

· Requirements
· PSRA license – Licensed in B,C,D
· Full clean driving license
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
· Good knowledge of the Dublin, Meath & Kildare Residential / Commercial Property Market and the RTB legislation
· Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and great organizational abilities
· Ability to work on their own initiative and generate new clients/business
· Motivation, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
· Flexibility to cover appointments outside normal working hours
· A proactive and customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
