This is the perfect opportunity for a person who is passionate about social media and the digital space, with a finger on the pulse of the ever-evolving digital environment and a great knowledge of different platforms, how to optimise the use of them and be familiar with google analytics.
You will be responsible for developing and driving Digital Communication / Social Media initiatives and campaigns to engage customers and the public whilst developing lasting relationships.

All departments throughout the Company and affiliated entities (as required)
• Develop and implement digital communication strategies within schedule and budget.
• Develop, implement, and deliver successful digital communication and campaigns across all relevant social media platforms.
• Engage with online communities, customers, social media influencers and respond to messages, comments, and mentions on all platforms.
• Develop and build relationships with new media contacts and maintain company media and social media contact database.
• Coordinate relevant national and local social media platforms, liaising with local offices to generate local stories, support local social media advertising, and ensure best-practice page management and compliance with our brand standards.
• Support the Marketing Department with all marcomms activity, including campaign planning, execution and reporting, social media management, website management and maintenance, online and print internal and external communications.
• Be responsible for guidance, creative and promotional ideation and strategy formulation for our social media and content marketing programs and campaigns
• Pitch story ideas and content to media and use marketplace insights to develop written and visual content that engages customers and potential customers online.
• Write and produce presentations, pitches, case studies, and press releases.
• Source new promotional, sponsorship, and brand opportunities.
• Analyse media coverage, track emerging issues, and industry trends and measure effectiveness and impact of digital PR campaigns using regular reports.
• Ability to create copy, source photography, and videos for content.
• Develop and implement social media strategies, initiative and tactics.

• Agree to undertake any other duties deemed reasonable by the management.
• Formal qualification in communications/journalism/public relations/digital marketing or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Keen understanding of how social media integrates with traditional marketing initiative.
• Proficient in all major social media platforms
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. Creative and detailed-oriented.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Accomplished organisational skills with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
