Customer Service Support Executive

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Support Executive to join a large company based in Ballymount, Dublin 12.

This is a 3 month contract initially starting off

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking individual who is passionate and dedicated

Position: Full-time Temporary 3-month Contract
 Working Hours: 8.30-5.30 or 9-6 Flexible. A bonus is offered for being available to work Saturdays during December.
Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assisting Senior Customer Service Executive in managing large volume incoming calls & tickets through Zendesk platform with appropriate follow-up calls/emails.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, empathy, and business insight.
  • Build & strengthen customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Deal with customer complaints regarding product, delivery and general issues.
  • Identify key trends and areas of continuous improvement to provide feedback to the business leadership team.

Ideal Candidate will have experience in:

  • Minimum 6 months experience with Zendesk or a similar CRM platform Desirable.
  • Minimum 1 years of customer service experience, preferably high-volume customer queries.
  • Experience in Dealing with courier portals and reports.
  • Experience in dealing with maintenance calls, parts, parts codes and installation queries.
  • Proven track record on closing out ticket requests.
  • Experience with Microsoft NAVISION is advantageous.
  • An interest in sport & fitness a bonus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal (Fluent in English).
  • Ability to troubleshoot/evaluate & follow-up on customer issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of common helpdesk/ticketing solutions. (Zendesk or similar CRM platform)
  • Exceptional telephone manner and good people skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Be solution driven.
  • Accountability is key to this role
  • Work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiating skills for sorting returns, refunds and credit notes
