Duties will include:
|Conduct inbound and outbound customer calls in target driven environment. Handle general customer inquiries to resolve any issues. Addressing customer complaints professionally and effectively within a timely manner; offering resolution. Follow process and procedures to ensure quality standard. Customers follow ups to ensure highest service satisfaction. Upselling of plans and additional services. Expert product knowledge to maximise all sales opportunities. Achieve standard targets set. Achieve personal and call centre KPIs for answer rate / and calls / outbound. To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role. Deliver quality results within timelines and SLAs. Understand the job description acts as a guide to the duties and responsibilities and is not exhaustive. Agree to undertake any other duties deemed reasonable by the management.
|Fluent English communication skills are essential in this role (written, spoken and understanding) Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role required PC literacy, previous experience on CS systems desirable Remote / Blended working arrangement
