Requirements:
- a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent or similar, eager to learn, you’re ambitious and you like to use your own initiative,
- are a solid team-player and like to work closely with other colleagues,
- can deal with large volumes of customer calls
- can ensure all customer emails/queries are replied to in a timely and professional manor,
- keen to learn about a large brand and operation
- have very good spoken and written English language skills,
- friendly and work well under pressure,
- have good communication skills and great timekeeping!
