The ideal candidate will has vast experience within customer care, a fantastic personality and someone who has a passion for Customers on the phone
Candidates · At least 2 years work experience in the Irish Market
The team are a l close-knit team that help each other out when required so flexibility and adaptability is a must for this role.
We are looking for a bright and driven individual that will form strong relationships with customers and strive to meet / exceed the needs of customers every day.
Customer Service Responsibilities
· Monitor orders received via online portal – ensure items are available and priced correctly –
· Stock checking for efficient delivery times – change out products where required.
· Liaising with customers advising them of any updates on orders
· Manually processing customer orders where required
· Communicating promotions with all customers
· Applying appropriate pricing to customer accounts – contracts and mailers etc
· Manage incoming enquiries and queries via phone and manage Web Chat portal daily.
· Responsibility for strong relationships with customers.
· Manage customer reward points usage and expiry.
· Proactively manage strong relationships with our customers.
Sales Enquiries and Quotations
· Provide quotations to new and existing customers as required.
· Ensure you follow pricing guidelines and maintain target margins.
Requirements:
· At least 2 years work experience in the Irish Market
Proactive approach to customer care and problem resolution
· Follow through all tasks to completion.
· Excellent communication skills, rapport and relationship building strengths.
· Ability to manage pricing and margin control effectively.
· Product knowledge, keen ability to deliver excellent customer service.
· Organisation and effective time management skills.
· Follow through, commitment to complete all activities effectively and on time.
· Ability to show initiative for the enhancement of the service to customers.
· Tenacity – a determined can do attitude.
· Show willingness to go the extra mile.
