The ideal candidate will have a full clean drivers licence and must be able to attend and visit all 9 locations

Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm but can sometimes include weekends depending on the projects you will work on

The Business Support Coordinator provides structured, proactive, and coordinated support to the Head of Operations. The role plays a key part in enabling the effective delivery of operational, facilities, compliance, IT, and marketing activities across the business, acting as a central coordination point between head office, branches, and external providers.

Key accountabilitiesOperational & Business Support   Provide day-to-day coordination and business support to the Head of Operations across all operational areas. Support the implementation, monitoring, and ongoing coordination of operational processes designed to improve efficiency and consistency across branches. Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and records, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility. Coordinate tracking of operational initiatives, actions, and follow-ups arising from management meetings, ensuring progress is visible and issues are escalated appropriately   Facilities & Branch Suppor Coordinate facilities-related activities by acting as a central point for information, documentation, and communication between branches, contractors, and third parties. Log maintenance issues, obtain relevant information from branches, and track progress of remedial works to completion. Maintain structured records relating to site visits, contractors, cleaning services, alarms, CCTV, signage, and other facilities matters. Support branch reconfigurations, extensions, and new branch activity through coordination, information collation, and progress tracking.   IT Coordination Act as the business support coordination point for IT matters, supporting the Head of Operations in managing IT requirements. Coordinate IT onboarding for new starters, including equipment, system access, and telecoms arrangements. Liaise with third-party IT providers to log issues, monitor resolution progress, and escalate matters where required. Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, licences, and system access. Support the rollout of new IT systems, upgrades, and process improvements, coordinating communications and user readiness across the business.   Marketing Provide coordination and business support for marketing initiatives aligned to business objectives. Assist with planning and delivery of branch-level marketing activities and promotions. Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials to branches, supporting brand consistency. Maintain marketing schedules and support basic tracking and reporting of campaign activity   Branch Communications   Act as a structured communication link between head office and branch teams on behalf of the Head of Operations. Coordinate the distribution of operational updates, procedures, and business communications. Support branch managers with information requests, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely responses.   Reporting & Management Information Produce and maintain regular operational reports for the Head of Operations, collating data from branches and third parties. Coordinate information relating to facilities, IT, marketing, and compliance activities to support performance monitoring and decision-making. Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and handled confidentially. Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests as required   Compliance Administration Support Support the coordination and administration of health & safety, GDPR, insurance, and other compliance-related documentation. Maintain records for fire safety, first aid, waste disposal, and other statutory requirements. Assist with tracking renewals, audits, and compliance actions under the direction of the Head of Operations, ensuring deadlines are visible and met.  
Skills and experienceEssential Proven experience in a business support, coordination, administration, or operations support role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and priorities. Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with branch teams, contractors, and suppliers. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and business systems. High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Full driving licence. Desirable Experience supporting operational, facilities, or compliance functions. Experience coordinating IT support or working with external IT providers. Exposure to marketing support activities within a multi-site or service-based organisation.
