Book Keeper Part Time

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Bookkeeper for a large company based in D 15

The Role

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage essential financial duties, such as recording financial transactions. We’re looking for a team player who has a strong attention to detail and a commitment to supporting our mission. The candidate will typically be carrying out the following activities on a daily basis.

  • Preparation of accounts up to trial balance
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Creditor and debtor control accounts
  • Preparation of VAT Returns
  • Sales invoicing
  • Other related projects and tasks as assigned
  • Reporting to management and provide status of work-in-progress

Experience

  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • 3+ years previous experience in a bookkeeping role required
  • Sage 50 experience essential
  • excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • administrative and computer skills with high standard of accuracy

  • ability to work under pressure in a high volume and demanding environment
