Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Experienced Book Keeper / Accounts Technician for a large company based in Swords Co Dublin
This is an office based role, Swords, Co. Dublin. 2.5-days per week. Immediate start
available.
Approximately 2.5 days per week, or 5 x 1/2 days
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing purchase invoices and supplier reconciliations
• Sales invoicing and debtor management
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing staff expenses
• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Managing VAT returns and VAT-related transactions
• Handling RCT administration and submissions
• Processing weekly/monthly payroll
• Preparing payment runs and maintaining financial records
• General accounts administration using ABM accounting software.
• General office management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration
• Strong knowledge of VAT, RCT, payroll, and reconciliations (essential)
• Experience preparing management accounts
• Experience working within the construction industry is essential.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with accounting software (experience with ABM an advantage)

Approximately 2.5 days per week, or 5 x 1/2 days
