Due to continued growth, we are seeking a BIM Co-Ordinator / Mechanical Estimator
Role Overview :This role involves co-ordinating BIM models for our projects while also providing accurate mechanical cost estimates to support tender submissions and live project variations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and co-ordinate BIM models for mechanical services projects
• Ensure clash detection and model compliance with client and industry standards
• Work closely with project teams to deliver efficient co-ordinated designs
• Prepare detailed mechanical cost estimates for tenders and design development
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate pricing
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and technical input
• Assist in value engineering and risk analysis of projects
• Support project management teams during pre-construction and delivery phases Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar BIM or estimating role within mechanical services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation methods
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with estimation software advantageous)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous site experience a bonus.
• Strong communication skills for co-ordination with consultants, clients, and suppliers What We Offer:
