Assistant Office Manager

Impulse Recruitment are recruiting for an Assistant Office Manager for a large company based in Dublin 8

This will be a full-time office based role

The ideal candidate will have a huge interest within the Architecture industry and must have previous experience working within a very busy office.

You will be Working with directors and architects, preparing tenders, graphics (InDesign) managing submittals, process office administration, ISO office administration, accounts experience beneficial.

Demonstrate an ability to work as part of the team and take initiative to implement existing procedures and systems and develop new office management processes.

Excellent IT, communication, and graphic skills

Duties will include

  • Working alongside the General client service manager / HR
  • Learn and supporting the team being their backbone if they need anything
  • Helping with human resources, client quality control, marketing, and financial administration.
  • Multitasking in all different parts of the business
  • Team work
  •  Learning Architecture will also be one of the main focuses within this role
  • Working on projects from the very start and seeing them right through to the end with the team supporting them
  • Dealing with Payment Certs and Customer service
  • Stages 1 to 5 Project and E Tenders
