Area Support Manager

Impulse Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Area Support Manager for a large company covering Dublin /Wicklow region

This is a full-time permanent position and a Field Based Customer focused role

This role will be to oversee service delivery and support staff on site

Key Result Areas / Accountabilities:

  • Customer Satisfaction – Standards, relationship development and Management
  • A reliable, responsive, efficient, consistent, productive, operating system on site
  • The Health and Safety of staff on site
  • Staff Performance
  • Full trained and inducted staff to the correct standard on site – onboarding
  • Escalation – 1st POC

Main Duties:

  • Visiting client sites on agreed scheduled basis in accordance with client management plan.
  • Monitoring (Quality) standards to ensure operating model is in accordance with cleaning standards and expectation (specification) – Quality Auditing (CT)
  • Following up any client concerns
  • Completing ISO and HSEQ documentation & forwarding
  • Monitoring the storage & security of cleaning equipment and materials
  • Monitoring staff performance and standards – identifying Training & development requirements, eLearning – escalating as required.
  • Completing face to face mandatory checks and induction of staff to include employee sign up.
  • Completing on site induction and training of new staff – machinery, colour coding, COSHH

Person Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a customer facing role
  • Soft Services / Technical skills – Experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Solutions focused.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organised individual
